Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some items ship directly from our suppliers and may have different processing windows — this will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Shipping Timeframes Shipping times vary by product and vendor:
- In-stock wholesale items: 5–10 business days
- Dropship items: 7–21 business days depending on the supplier and destination
- Large/freight items (furniture, fixtures): 2–4 weeks; you will receive tracking and delivery scheduling information separately
Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers depending on the size and origin of your order. Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different locations.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Delays Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, supply chain conditions, or carrier issues. We'll notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the contiguous United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, or international inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
